Oriol Talent is a Barcelona-rooted, remote-first recruitment practice. This page explains how I handle the information you share.

What I collect. When you contact me as a company or a candidate, I collect the details you submit — such as your name, email, company or current role, and what you are looking for. I do not run hidden tracking.

How I use it. I use your details only to evaluate whether I can help, to have a relevant conversation, and to follow up. For candidates, nothing — including your profile, salary expectations, employer, or search status — is shared with a company without your explicit permission.

How long I keep it. I keep enquiry details only as long as they are useful to our conversation or an active search, and remove them on request.

Your choices. You can ask me at any time to see, correct, or delete the information I hold about you. Contact me and I will action it promptly.
